Yes, when you buy one of our bonsais, the pot is included as standard. You will receive the bonsai at home with everything that is shown in the photo. For bonsais that are provided with a saucer, this is also included.

We believe that with the right care, anyone can successfully care for a bonsai. To underline this confidence, we offer our unique '60-day Bonsai Wonder Guarantee '. From the moment your bonsai is delivered to your home, you are assured of a 60-day guarantee period in which we will help you care for your bonsai. No, caring for a bonsai doesn’t have to be difficult, especially with the care manual that comes free with your order. You can also find a wealth of information on our website. Do you still have questions? Don’t worry, we are always ready to answer questions, even long after your purchase!

If you order before 08:00, the products will be delivered the next day. Packages are not delivered on Sundays. The current delivery date can be found under the product image. If you want the package to be delivered on a specific date, you can let one of our colleagues know.

Please note: You will not receive the exact same bonsai as shown in the photo. However, you will receive one with the same: age, height, pot (including saucer), and shape. Since each bonsai is unique, it is unfortunately not possible to upload individual photos of every tree to our website. Would you still like to see the exact bonsai you will receive? Feel free to request a photo — we’ll be happy to send it to you before packing.
